I asked for a quiet room on a high floor, which I got. The location of the hotel is close to the ferry port, and very central to shops. The breakfast was included and was substantial. The hotel is very nice inside and the staff is helpful. The hotel allowed us to check in several hours early which was very appreciative.

A grand hotel in an absolutely beautiful part of Naples… the Santa Lucia area, which is on the Bay of Naples. From our hotel window, we could see Vesuvius, the island of Capri, as well as the beautiful coastline of Naples. Vincenzo and the rest of the staff were so friendly, professional, and helpful. Many excellent restaurants are all along the bay with stunning views. You’re not far from the historical center of Naples. By taxi, within 10-15 minutes.

Location in the water adjacent a small yacht harbor was great. We found lots of places to eat within a few blocks. Also the ferry terminal was a 5 minute taxi ride. Great breakfast too! Would go back for sure.

room was a bit small but very comfortable and very clean. the location was perfect right on the waterfront and the room had a balcony with excellent views. only had drinks and light lunch at the Hotel and it was exceptional and very reasonably priced for a high end hotel. the loaction was also perfect walking distance to some of the finest resturants and local traditional food in the city.

Staff were very polite and helpful. We arrived early in the morning and they were nice enough to hold our luggage for us until check in. Room was great. View was fantastic. Beautiful hotel!
